In-person counselling is available at our Nanaimo office on Wentworth Street in downtown Nanaimo. Online (virtual) sessions are also available for clients throughout British Columbia. Use the booking link to view current openings. 

• We see: teens (13+), young adults, individuals, couples, and families
• Support for: anxiety, stress, low mood/depression, trauma therapy, grief, relationship challenges, parenting support, life transitions
• Approaches used across our team include: DBT, CBT, EMDR, EFT, and other attachment-based modalities
• We accept CVAP, FNHA and SAJE funding (where applicable)
• We offer direct billing for many insurance plans
