For the past 15 years, Amie (she/her) has been supporting individuals, youth and families struggling with a range of mental health and relationship struggles in Vancouver, BC (the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musquem and Tsleil-Waututh Nations). Amie has a passion for providing therapy and clinical supervision from a trauma-informed lens. She uses a range of evidence-based practices such as dialectical behaviour therapy, eye-movement reprocessing and desensitization therapy, emotion focused family therapy and other attachment-based modalities. She works both for the public health authority and in private practice and is an approved mental health provider with the First Nations Health Authority. Amie holds a Masters Degree from UBC, is a Registered Social Worker and Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC.

Sarah has had the privilege of working in mental health and substance use for 12 years, in a variety of non-profit and health authority settings with youth, adults and families. Sarah is grateful to have supported folks experiencing various challenges including: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, trauma, life transitions and relationships. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time in the forest with her dog Peach and making pottery.
